Nowadays it’s hard to keep things under wrap; the internet makes keeping things secret much harder. The whole list of achievements for Assassin’s Creed: Revelations is out in the open. The game will be out November 15th. That’s till next month but you can still get a peek at what awaits you when you finally get the game. There are 49 total achievements that will raise your gamer score by 1000 points.
