“Peer Review” continues the co-op story of Portal 2. Players will continue traversing the ins and outs of the Aperture Science as two adorable bro-bots, all the while being belittled by GLaDos. The DLC will also include single player and multiplayer leaderboards.

Access to the PS Store is possible however, you may be limited to minis and updates from Sony while you’re roaming around away from home or your favorite bookstore/library/coffee shop and that sweet precious wi-fi. While this is the situation at the point of launch, the rep did add that the limit may raise in the future.

One of the most respected and highly praised video games of all time is back! If you’ve been playing video games for a long time then chances are you’ve heard of Chrono Trigger. The game is an amazing RPG offering tons of replay value a brilliant story with multiple endings, not gonna tell you how many there are because you have to find out on your own. So as soon as October 4th comes around be ready to go on PSN and download this amazing game.

The game was originally released back in 1995 and people still talk about it. That’s an incredible feat and anyone who has played it will definitely recommend it. If you do end up playing the game be ready to think like a kid again. It throws some things at you that as a grown up you wouldn’t believe. So give it a try I’m sure you’ll love it. If you’ve already played it countless times then you know what’s up. But maybe you didn’t get all the endings so this is a perfect opportunity to get the missing ones. Below are pictures and descriptions of some of the characters from the game.

Crono: The spiky-haired, stoic protagonist who finds himself wrapped up in events beyond his control. He’s pretty good with a katana and doesn’t run from a fight.

Marle: The requisite princess, but she’s no ordinary princess. How many princesses do you know that wield a crossbow?

Lucca: Chrono’s best friend since they were little kids. Oh, and she’s a supergenius who invents things such as the teleporter that starts your journey through time.

Frog: A knight from the middle ages, Frog is a man who has been cursed and turned into a giant anthropomorphic frog. But being a frog doesn’t prevent him from being a fantastic fighter—and having one of the coolest special attacks in the game.

Robo: A robot from the future (I’ve always wanted to write that) who, after being repaired by Lucca, joins the party. Yes, a robot. With lasers!

Ayla: Hailing from prehistoric times, Ayla is tough. Really tough. She uses her enormous strength and agility to fight unarmed, and dishes out a lot of damage.

In Assassin’s Creed: Revelations Ezio will have a new tool at his disposal, it’ll be called the Hookblade. From what’s seen in the trailer, it looks very deadly and gives him the opportunity to pull off some crazy stunts. Along with it being used for combat purposes it can also use it to navigate the environment easier and quicker through the access of ziplines.

This new accessory looks really cool and I can think of so many ways of using it. It’s going to be really interesting pulling off certain things with the help of the Hookblade. For a better look on how this awesome accessory works check out the video below.

Looks like PC gamers will see another highly anticipated game delayed for them. The next installment in the Assassin’s Creed series got pushed back to December, one month after the console versions. Ubisoft gave the news in an official statement that said:

Assassin’s Creed Revelations will launch on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on November 15 and PC in December.”

This is pretty bad news as there have been plenty of games delayed for the PC this year, some of those being Batman: Arkham City, Driver: San Francisco, and now Assassin’s Creed: Revelations. So the news is bad for hardcore PC gamers that only game on the PC. Hope the cause of this delay is worth it and valid.

I Am Alive is In Fact, Alive

After a provocative and somewhat vague announcement trailer two years ago, I Am Alive fell into relative obscurity. When the product changed development hands in 2009 to Ubisoft Shanghai, details about the game had become even more scarce. Thankfully a new official trailer has emerged to remind us that the game is still alive.

Sporting a much darker tone than previous trailers suggested, I Am Alive follows the story of a man in search of his wife and daughter during a catastrophic events. Upon arrival to his hometown he finds that his “friends” and “neighbors” have adopted a different set of values in order to survive. Obviously sacrifices have been made and people have been neglected for the sake of someone else’s survival.

Players will have to stand against enemies as well as the environment as they manage resources and stamina to stay alive. Also, players will have to climb to the building tops to find important item to aid them along the way.

An ESRB M rating, a tentative winter release and a new trailer is more than enough proof that this title still exists. Look for it on XBLA and PSN in the coming months.
