Get ready to get you’re barrel-roll on with the announcement of Star Fox 64 3D releasing September 9th in the United States and 11th in Europe.
The Japanese audience has been playing Star Fox 64 3D since July 14th and with Famitsu giving it a great score of 9/8/8/9. That alone is a good enough reason to get excited for the Fox McCloud adventure.
Mega Man creator, Keiji Inafune has announced his latest project after leaving Capcom. The famous developer has decided to make the move into social gaming with The Island of Dr. Momo.
The goal of Dr. Momo is for players on both Android and iOS platforms to combine animals to create the cutest creature possible. It sounds like a cutesy version of The Island of Dr. Moreau. Only, instead of half animal/half human monstrosities with primal bloodthirsty tendancies we get half cat/half racoon cuties, probably with big doe eyes.
The game will be free to play with micro transactions providing revenue for the project. The Island of Dr. Momo is expected to launch this fall in Japan.
A new frighteningly beautiful clip has emerged from the internet. It features a man being held captive while a doctor begins to experiment on him. The trailer is rendered gorgeously and is quite disturbing. But there is an air of mystery about it.
It appears on Russian video sharing site Kiwi titled ” Assassin’s creed revelations seizure – Ubisoft”.
and includes the following description:
“This is an internal project we did here at Ubisoft Cinematics. I animated the character on the table. No mocap whatsoever.”
There is also a subtitle in the video that says Ubisoft Digital Arts: Internal Use Only. Ubisoft has yet to verify the validity of the claims made by the poster. Stay tuned for more details.

At this years San Diego Comic-Con Insomniac Games confirmed that the Resistance 3 Beta will go live during the first week of August. Game modes will include Team Deathmatch and Chain Reaction. No maps have been announced yet.
Look for the full release of Resistance 3 September 6.

A new trailer for Batman: Arkham City has been released and it features one of Batman’s greatest villainous nemesis: The Penguin! In the trailer we see him surrounded by many thugs and captured guards that are awaiting to be released from his evil clutches by The Caped Crusader. One big surprise was at the end of the trailer. Can you guess who that is? If you are a fan of Batman, you might know right away. If not, listen carefully as he introduces himself. Battlefield 3 multiplayer is looking quite impressive! The game is still in Alpha and user FPSmoose has compiled a video of all the multiplayer goodness. The video runs about 5 minutes long and besides the graphics, it strikes hard similarities to its competitor Call of Duty, but thats just my eyes that see that. How about yours?
